I'm Paul, founder of Cheshire Film and Photography and I'm fortunate to have been able to follow my passion for storytelling for over 35 years. As an enthusiastic photographer back in the days of film, I started like many photographers of my generation, learning to shoot on film and create prints in the darkroom. After enjoying a long career in the newspaper industry, picking up a few awards along the way, I turned my attention to working as a freelance photographer shooting commercial projects for Bentley Motors, Coca-Cola, and a host of PR and Marketing Companies throughout the UK and Europe. 

Never one to miss an opportunity, I was excited to explore the new world of video that our DSLR cameras now offered. Beautiful, cinematic filming was now possible and for me, this felt like a natural extension to my creative photographic vision. A unique way to tell stories .. a unique way of telling your story.
