Terms and Conditions: By booking Cheshire Film and Photography, or engaging the services of Cheshire brand photographer Paul Kyte, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please note that by booking with Cheshire Film and Photography you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All fees paid as 'booking fees' are non refundable and represent fees paid for administration and up-front costs. Any 'balance of payment' will be paid as outlined within the description for each package. Any 'balance of payment' for non-specific commercial photography or video will be paid within 28 days from the invoice date.

A commercial license is granted to the client so that digital content provided can be reproduced for commercial business use, however copyright for the digital content provided will remain with Cheshire Film and Photography at all times.

By booking with Cheshire Film & Photography, the client grants Cheshire Film and Photography the right to use any images and/or footage captured during the session for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, social media platforms, portfolios, advertisements, and printed materials.

Content will be delivered as digital files through a digital transfer system, it is the clients responsibility to back-up and store any digital content delivered. Cheshire Film and Photography will not be held responsible or held liable for the loss of any digital files and/or associated content.

Digital content will be delivered within a timely manner however the timescale for delivery will depend upon factors including current workload and other commitments, any required deadline for delivery will have to be agreed by both parties in advance.

Cheshire Film and Photography retain the right to select, edit and deliver the quantity of digital content based upon the description provided. The client understands that digital files cannot be rejected based upon aesthetics, composition or editing style.

It is the Client who must ensure that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required for reproduction, are obtained whether in relation to the use of names, people, trade marks, registered or copyright designs or works of art depicted in any picture.

In the event of having to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Cheshire Film and Photography reserves the right to reschedule the agreed date or to subcontract any work scheduled to another digital content creator, photographer or videographer.
